These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to this website at https://zerohook.trade and its subdomains (the “Site”) and to the BlurHook interface (the “Interface”). By using the Site or the Interface you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
- 1.What BlurHook is.BlurHook is a non-custodial software interface for trading on Robinhood Chain. It prepares transactions that interact with third-party smart contracts, such as Uniswap, Privacy Pools v2 and Aave. BlurHook never takes custody of your assets and cannot move them without your signature.
- 2.Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Using the Site or Interface after that means you accept them.
- 3.Eligibility.3.1You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.3.2You may not use the Interface if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a place where using it is prohibited. Deposits are screened through Privacy Pools' Association Set Provider.
- 4.Acceptable use.4.1You will not use the Site or Interface to launder proceeds of crime, evade sanctions, finance terrorism, or for any other unlawful purpose.4.2You will not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Site, the Interface or any relayer or API it uses.
- 5.Your responsibility. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, your transactions and your taxes. Transactions on a blockchain are final and cannot be reversed by us. The selective disclosure export exists so you can meet your own reporting obligations.
- 6.No investment advice.Nothing on the Site, in the docs or in the Interface is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. It is not an offer or solicitation.
- 7.Third-party protocols. The Interface routes through contracts we do not control. Their behaviour, availability and risks are their own. Pinned-contract checks and route simulation reduce some risks; they do not remove them.
- 8.Disclaimer of warranties. The Site and Interface are provided “as is” and “as available”. No audit has happened yet. We make no warranty that they are error-free, secure or uninterrupted.
- 9.Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses from smart contracts, networks, relayers, market movements or your own mistakes.
- 10.Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the Site and Interface. Any dispute will be handled in the courts that have jurisdiction over that operator, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
